Are these trucks the same as the ones I see at Walmart?

Not even close, if you compare our trucks side by side against walmart you will notice several key differences. 1. The plastic is made from safer materials and is built stronger and thicker. 2. Our wheels are made of a high quality EVA, for you that means zero chance of punctures or breakage. 3. We put only the highest quality batteries in our trucks, that means faster charging and longer play time. 4. Our motors are the highest quality available, walmart goes with the cheapest.

Are your wheels plastic or rubber?

The trucks have EVA tires — a type of plastic known for its lightness, softness, and flexibility. They get great grip, don’t puncture, have highly durability, and are quiet when driving.

Do the trucks come assembled?

The trucks do need some assembly. But it comes with an easy-to-follow instructions manual. You can always reach out to us here or over email support@toughtrucksforkids.com if you have any questions regarding assembly.

Do your trucks come with remote controls?

The following Tough Trucks come with a remote control:

- Big Kahuna Dump Truck
- Forklift
- M51 Shephard Tank
- Little Ones First Digger (Excavator)

Where is the motor in the Mongoose (4-wheeler)?

The Mongoose's motor is under the seat compartment. Please, check under the seat and let us know if you don't find it there.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows for returns within 90 days of receiving the item, in original condition with tags and packaging. Contact us at support@toughtrucksforkids.com for return instructions. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

What type of warranty do your products have?

Enjoy worry-free playtime: 90-DAY WARRANTY for your added peace of mind. Email us at support@toughtrucksforkids.com with your reason for return and we'll take care of it from there.

Are your trucks safe for my kids?

All of our ride-on trucks have been rigorously tested for safety, we know how tough kids are on toys, these are built to last and keep your kids safe while having the time of their lives. All batteries and chargers have been tested against the strictest UL requirements which is the highest level of safety for battery powered toys.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Thanks for your interest! At the moment, we only ship within the Continental US.
