They take good care of costomers
So i had a couple probs. Finally contacted the personal. Found out they took better care of me then most companies. And surprisingly through the call (which needs to be easier accessed) they took amazing care of me. Wasn't what I expected. Although it took'em some time we got it all figured out. (Found out the shipper had probs. So that's y it took so long) they did they're best to take care of client (me) but I refused and wanted to give them their product back ASAP. But Found out they new what they was doing and fixed the problem. I don't like giving good reviews. But... in this case I have to. They exceeded my expectations. Yes it's an expensive product. But I learned no matter what due to fed ex shipping they will work with u as a client. I was bad to' em Found out they took care of me. So I have ro say. .. their product is worth it. Only because they'll fix the problems no matter what.

All batteries and chargers have been tested against the strictest UL requirements which is the highest level of safety for battery powered ride-on toys.

Are these trucks the same as the ones I see at Walmart?

Not even close, if you compare our trucks side by side against walmart you will notice several key differences.

1. The plastic is made from safer materials and is built stronger and thicker.

2. Our wheels are made of a high quality EVA, for you that means zero chance of punctures or breakage.

3. We put only the highest quality batteries in our trucks, that means faster charging and longer play time.

4. Our motors are the highest quality available, walmart goes with the cheapest.

How long does the battery last on a full charge?

The Dump Truck uses a 24V5Ah battery which on a full charger can give 1-2h of playtime. We recommend a regular charge-discharge cycle to extend the life of the battery.

Does the Dump Truck require assembly?

The Dump Truck does require some assembly. But we have made a step-by-step easy to follow Dump Truck assembly instructions video that makes putting it together easy peasy.
