Is it safe for younger kids? Forklift sounds a bit intense.

Totally safe. It includes a seatbelt, adjustable speeds, and a parent remote override so you can jump in any time. Safety is always in your hands.

Is it hard to put together? I’m not very handy.

Not at all. It comes 80% assembled, and the rest is simple. Most parents get it done in 30–45 minutes with the help of our step-by-step Dump Truck assembly instructions video. Pro tip: a power screwdriver makes it even faster.

Does this actually lift stuff, or is it just pretend?

It absolutely lifts. The Forklift 9000 is engineered to lift up to 22 lbs — boxes, toys, even Yeti coolers. This is real working action, not make-believe.

What if something breaks — do you offer replacement parts?

We’ve got you covered. We stock parts in our LA warehouse and include a 90-day bumper-to-bumper warranty. If something breaks, we’ll fix it — fast.

Are these trucks the same as the ones I see at Walmart?

Not even close, if you compare our trucks side by side against walmart you will notice several key differences.

1. The plastic is made from safer materials and is built stronger and thicker.

2. Our wheels are made of a high quality EVA, for you that means zero chance of punctures or breakage.

3. We put only the highest quality batteries in our trucks, that means faster charging and longer play time.

4. Our motors are the highest quality available, walmart goes with the cheapest.

How long does the battery last on a full charge?

The Forklift 9000 uses a 24V5Ah battery which on a full charger can give 1-2h of playtime. We recommend a regular charge-discharge cycle to extend the life of the battery.

Will the tires work on gravel or grass?

Yes! The EVA tires are heavy-duty and grip like champs. Whether it’s gravel, grass, or dirt, this thing handles terrain way better than the cheap ride-ons at big box stores.

Will my kid actually use this more than once?

All signs point to yes. Kids build pretend warehouses, lift things from the driveway, move packages — you name it. Parents tell us it’s one of the few toys that doesn’t end up forgotten in the garage.

Is it super fast? I don’t want my kid getting hurt.

No worries — there are two speeds, and you can start slow. You also have full control with the remote. Teach the basics first, then ease into more speed as they grow confident.
