It appears the truck is build well. Wasn’t to difficult to assemble. My grandson and granddaughter love. Thank you for getting it to me on time for his birthday.
We gave this dump truck to my son for his 2nd birthday. We had an issue initially putting it together. It was missing a locking nut for the rear axle. Customer service was wonderful and we had the nut quickly. We then had an issue with the gear box. Again, our issue was addressed quickly and the part(s) we need have been shipped. The truck is made well. Everything was thought of when making this. I love the addition of the shovel and parent remote as well. My son has room to grow into this. I can see him getting better at driving and enjoying this for years to come.

Checked out all the pics, videos, and reviews before buying it for my grandson. Saw it mentioned multiple times about assembly being sketchy but holy crap……the instructions were absolutely horrible !!! I’m very mechanically inclined, used to be a GM mechanic, and I still struggled to get it assembled. Took the better part of an hour trying to interpret the instructions. Once I got it all together and charged up then preset it to my grandson…..his reaction made the nightmare of assembly quickly fade away. He loves it !!!
